Kathy and Shelly were outstanding to work with for our company apparel. After sending over our logo PDF file, Kathy invited me to the store front and took the time to show me different product lines to suit all our needs. She also had our logo pulled up on her computer to show me what it would look like once embroidered. I have a tendency to be a little indecisive and wanted everything to be perfect. Kathy was very understanding and explained how our company logo would look in contrast to fabric color options I was considering. She took notes when we met and showed me in person the fabrics and items I was considering which made it easy to choose the best options for our team. After our initial meeting I was able to email her specific sizes and quantities of each of the items. I was lucky to have reached out to them at a more quiet time of year for them so turn around was expedient. I was impressed with the selection of their offerings and totally happy with the outcome. It was really awesome to see our logo brought to life on apparel. Now when we have to set up weddings or events we have a much more professional look.
